The most effective way for us to tap into that potential and then express it in our lives in his opinion was the Four Noble Truths/Eightfold Path.

The Four Noble Truths completely transformed my life. So much that I’ve now dedicated every ounce of it to awakening all beings, not only in this incarnation but in every one to come.

It is my great honor to be able to give you this gift of Dharma. May it not only benefit you but may all being benefit through your own awakening.
