At the start of the year most people are making resolution, creating vision boards and thinking about the year ahead.

In the Buddhist tradition we can use the Four Blisses and the Five Mindfulness Trainings to guide our thoughts, words and deeds so that we can live a noble and awakened life.

The Skillful Living Series of Dharma Talks/Meditations start on Wednesday January 2nd from 7:00 – 8:25PM
